The shipment of your package
TerreOstili.it will ship the order to the address specified by the customer in the order itself, using one of the available couriers who usually delivers within 24/48 hours throughout Italy (islands, smaller islands, Venice Lagoon, Calabria may have an increase in terms of time and costs) and 4/5 days in the rest of the world. However, delivery times are not guaranteed in any case, they are to be considered indicative and are subject to variations due to bad weather, unexpected events, union strikes, particular concentrations of traffic on the transport network, national events, seasonality, demonstrations or other causes of force majeure which
Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges. We advise you to group your items in one order. It is not possible for us to group two distinct orders placed separately, therefore the shipping costs will be charged for each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but the utmost care is always taken in packing. The boxes have adequately large dimensions with reinforced cardboard and your items are well wrapped in top quality packaging material which, in respect of the environment, does not include plastic material. In the event that you receive a non-compliant, open or visibly damaged package, you will have to accept it by requesting the courier to affix a specific control reserve. In the absence of a conditional signature, assistance on damages cannot be offered.
Customs/Duties: We are not responsible for any customs, VAT, import or local delivery charges.
Gift message: we add simple gift notes to packages upon request.
Shipping costs vary by state but are around 6/7€ for Italy and 11/12€ for abroad (EU).
PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES
All our products are made on commission after the order has been placed and therefore some days will pass before the product can be shipped.
Product creation is a process that includes strict quality control which imposes production times that vary from a few days (for 2/3 items) up to 2 weeks for orders with a large number of items (25 /30 and more) from the date of the order. You will find the production times indicated under each product. These times are indicative only and do not represent or impose any obligations on us.
Prices can be estimated both in the cart and in the checkout phase.
